If ticket purchaser will be a driver and is qualified, please indicate so on registration form when paying for Ronvoy ticket.  Drivers picking up vehicles in the original departure city will be refunded for the amount of your 3-day Paul Festival pass ($77 refund) once confirmed as a driver from the original departure city.

If ticket purchaser will be a driver and is qualified, please indicate so on registration form when paying for ticket.  Drivers are responsible for ensuring timely and safe travel for all passengers.  Revolution Travel Management does not require a DMV check, however the vehicle companies we contract through may do so at vehicle pick-up.

Drivers are responsible for communicating with the Ronvoy coordinator with any unanticipated changes throughout travel.

IMPORTANT:  ALL drivers are asked to volunteer IN TAMPA for various transportation needs over the weekend of Paul Festival and the week of the RNC.  Volunteer drivers will be utilized to transport talent to and from their lodging locations in Tampa during Paul Festival.  We ask that drivers take the responsibility very seriously and understand the commitment you are making before volunteering to be a driver.  Please DO NOT volunteer to be a driver IN TAMPA if you cannot fulfill your commitment completely.

Traveler Information:

Drivers will be provided with all confirmed and paid traveler's contact information.  Driver information will be provided to all travelers.  It is the traveler's responsibility to contact the driver directly with any questions or concerns regarding travel.

It is the traveler's sole responsibility to arrive at the departure location on time in the pick-up city, as well as at the departure location for transportation provided in Tampa.  Travelers are encouraged to arrive at least thirty minutes early for departure.  Travelers are expected to communicate with the driver on issues regarding schedule.  Drivers will be in contact with travelers to confirm departure location and estimated arrival time.

There are NO REFUNDS for being late/missing the departure of the Ronvoy from your departure city.  It is ABSOLUTELY in the best interest of the traveler to be in contact with your driver regularly.  Unless route is cancelled due to low participation, all sales are FINAL.

Vehicle Information:

Vehicles are 7, 12 and 15 passenger vans - NOT buses.  RTM utilizes passenger vans for several reasons:

1. This allows travelers to be flexible in their travel - stop to eat, use the restroom, stretch at leisure.

2. This allows travelers to have transportation to and from all the events in Tampa.

3. Rather than using personal vehicles, we utilize rental vehicles so that in the event of mechanical error, travelers are ensured that the company will get them back on the road.

Luggage/Camping Equipment: Luggage space WILL BE LIMITED!  For those travelers who are tent camping, every traveler in your vehicle is tent camping, so please try to consolidate your equipment as much as possible, i.e. roll your tent inside your sleeping bag if possible.  Please be courteous to your fellow liberty-loving travelers.  

Lodging Information:

DELEGATES/ALTERNATES:  Because the RNC requires secure transportation for Delegates/Alternates to the convention, make every effort to lodge at your RNC-assigned hotel for the convention dates, from Sunday, August 26 - Thursday, August 30, 2012.  Please make your lodging reservations for these dates separately through your State GOP lodging coordinator.  We will do EVERYTHING we can to assist you in funding for the exhorbitant costs associated with your lodging during the convention.  Donations are already coming in to reimburse you as much as possible for your costs*.

*If you ABSOLUTELY cannot afford to attend the convention without funding assistance, PLEASE CONTACT SUSAN WOLFE DIRECTLY AT 424-254-8911.

Your Ronvoy driver will also be a Delegate/Alternate in order to coordinate in-town transportation more efficiently.  If you are a Delegate/Alternate, and you will volunteer to drive one of your State's Ronvoy vehicles to Tampa, please indicate this during registration.

PAUL FEST ATTENDEES & OTHER SUPPORTERS staying for the duration of the RNC:

Efforts have been made to find the least expensive hotel lodging available in the Tampa area.  Hotels may be as much as 30 miles from Tampa.  Discounted rates have been pre-determined through the hotels we are working with.  We are working diligently to get all of the hotels on the Hotel Lodging Page on the Paul Festival website.  If you need assistance with booking your hotel, or if you have special requests such as floor location or smoking preference, please communicate that to your lodging location.
